Reports show that a man was seriously injured and later died after being involved in a rollover accident on I-5. The California Highway Patrol and witnesses stated that around 6 p.m. a man in a pickup truck lost a wheel and veered into the center divide. This caused his truck to roll over three times. As the truck flipped, debris was scattered on the interstate and damaged several other vehicles. Surprisingly, the man’s dog was able to escape the wreckage and was saved from being hit by other vehicles by witnesses. The dog is not seriously injured. However, the owner was taken to the hospital where he later died.
