City Employee Files Lawsuit, Describes Filner Headlock
San Diego Fox 5 News has an exclusive with the 14th woman to come forward, accusing former San Diego Mayor Bob Filner of sexual harassment. She is now the 2nd accuser to file a lawsuit against the City of San Diego. Stacey McKenzie is a San Diego city employee of over 32 years. Ms. McKenzie describes to Fox 5 News the “Filner Headlock”.
